| Do you store our deal data? | No. It runs locally and deal state is gitignored on your machine. |
| Do you train on our data? | No. Access is through Anthropic's commercial API, with no training unless you opt in. |
| Who are your sub-processors? | Anthropic, Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, and Sentry. The full list is in the DPA. |
| Can an analyst bypass the approval gate? | In guarded mode, a user with shell access can. In enforced (managed) mode, they cannot. |
| Data residency? | Local data stays on your machine. Anthropic API defaults to the US, with EU routing available. |
| Encryption? | TLS 1.2+ in transit. Apply full-disk encryption on the endpoint for local files at rest. |
